These terms govern the use of the osbern.io website, a showcase presenting anonymised business opportunities operated by Hetmos France.

Access to the site is free and open. Hetmos France strives to keep the site available but does not guarantee permanent accessibility or the absence of errors.

The listings published are anonymised and presented for guidance only. The figures shown, revenue, EBITDA and valuation ranges, are orders of magnitude provided subject to verification within a confidential exchange process. They constitute neither an offer, nor a guarantee, nor a pre-contractual document.

The user agrees not to attempt to identify the companies presented in the listings, not to extract or reuse the site content for commercial purposes, and not to disrupt its operation.

Any request through the site forms amounts to a simple first contact. Continuing an exchange is conditional on signing confidentiality agreements and, where applicable, the usual checks. Hetmos France remains free to act or not on any request.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Hetmos France registered office.
