Terms of sale

These terms govern the publication of anonymised listings on the Osbern platform, operated by Hetmos France SAS, by account holders who post listings.

Two listings are free per account. Beyond that, publication is subject to a subscription of 100 euros excluding tax per month and per account, giving the right to an unlimited number of listings.

The subscription is taken out with no commitment, on a monthly basis, with tacit renewal from one month to the next.

The subscription may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. The current month is not refunded.

Payment is made by bank card, monthly and in advance.

As the subscription is taken out by a professional for the needs of its business, it does not give rise to a right of withdrawal.

The account holder warrants the accuracy of the information published and holds the right to publish the listing concerned. The account holder remains solely responsible for its content.

Hetmos France SAS may suspend or withdraw any listing that does not comply with these terms or with applicable regulations.

Hetmos' remuneration on a completed deal is separate from the subscription. It is set in the mandate signed separately with the account holder.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Nanterre.
