When you use one of our contact, mandate submission or buy-order forms, we collect the information you enter: name, company, email address, phone, the content of your message, as well as technical metadata related to the submission.
Purpose
This data is used to handle your request and to qualify a possible commercial relationship. It is never resold and is not used for any automated prospecting.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest of Hetmos France SAS in handling the requests addressed to it.
Recipients
The data is sent to the teams of Hetmos France SAS and, where relevant, to the Hetmos group entities concerned by your request. It is not passed to third parties outside the group.
Retention period
