Origination technology

Hetmos has built in-house a technology to detect weak signals. It continuously monitors, across public and proprietary sources, the indications that a company might sell, buy or raise: shareholder changes, management movements, financial filings, hiring, trademark filings, sector developments.

Each signal is scored. Above a threshold, two paths: either the technology initiates an automated first contact itself, or it passes the data to the Hetmos consultant covering the sector and the region, who calls, verifies and opens the discussion.

The outcome takes three forms: a mandate signed with the detected company, a listing placed on Osbern, or a direct introduction to our buyers, sellers or investors already under NDA.

What you see on Osbern is what this technology and our teams have surfaced. What you do not see is the qualification work done before publication.
